Do you offer returns?

Due to the nature of our products, all items with the exception of our sun hats are final sale. We accept returns for refund or exchanges for items damaged in transit. Upon receipt of the damaged item, please email wecare@mybarriere.com and we will ship out a replacement if available or issue a full refund once receiving the defective product. What is your return policy on sun hats?

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days by using the link here. You will then receive a prepaid shipping label to return the hat. Merchandise must be in the original packaging, unworn and in original condition with all tags attached. We will refund back to the original payment method once the return has been processed. Please reach out to wecare@mybarriere.com with any questions.

For returns within the US, a return shipping label will be provided when your return request is submitted. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping labels are valid for 14 days. If your return is not shipped in this window, your return request and return shipping label will expire.
