All the information for your subscription is found within your account. You can update address and billing information plus pause, restart, or cancel your subscription on specific patches.
To add or remove products:
To add a product, first sign into your account. Select the subscribe & save option on the product pages and click the “subscribe & save” button to add to your cart. Then your subscription selection will automatically be added to your account.
To remove an item, go into your account and there will be a subscription tab allowing you to cancel your product directly. If you have any issues please reach out to wecare@mybarriere.com so we can assist you.
To change your delivery date
Go into your account and into the subscription tab- from there you can adjust the delivery date as needed. If you have any issues please reach out to wecare@mybarriere.com so we can assist you.

To update your payment method and address details
Go into your account and into the customer information tab- from there you can modify your address, payment method and billing information.
To pause a subscription
You can pause your subscription anytime. To pause your subscription, go into your account and into the subscription tab, select the subscription you want to pause and click the “pause subscription” button.
To restart a paused subscription
You can resume your subscription anytime. To restart your subscription, go into your account and into the subscription tab, select the subscription you want to restart and click the “restart subscription” button.
To cancel a subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime. To cancel your subscription, go into your account and into the subscription tab, select the subscription you want to cancel and click the “cancel subscription” button.
