One vitamin patch from each of the 4 different packs (or formulations) can be worn together at the same time. Up to 4 patches (one per formulation) can be worn daily. Do not wear more than one patch per day from the same pack (or formulation) at the same time.

Our favorite areas to apply a patch include: inner and outer wrists, upper arm, shoulder blades, collarbone, upper and lower back, hip, thighs, and ankles. Apply patch daily to an area with little or no hair, i.e., wrist, shoulder, back or hip., and avoid any area that is particularly sensitive.
